It is important to send us your event details so we can check the availability of products as well as include other applicable charges, including the security deposit & transport and handling charges.

Yes ! If you are unsure of your event details at the time of enquiry, please send us an enquiry via our contact form with a list of items you are interested in and we will send you the pricing details. 

Yes, you may view items prior to placing an order. We do recommend that a rental enquiry be sent first, so we can prepare quote accordingly. This will allow us to check and confirm item availability as well as ensure you are ok to proceed with the quote.

All rentals are reserved on a first come first serve basis. We recommend that you place your order as early as possible, once you finalise your rental requirements and event details.

The hire period is for one day.

If you would like more time to accommodate your plans around your event, we would be happy to extend the hire period. Extra hours/days incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Please give us adequate time to make arrangements, and all extensions must be cleared prior to event date.

Payments can be made via electronic transfer or cash/cheque deposit. Please provide sufficient time for funds to clear. 

Payment details will be provided on your invoice. Please send us your payment receipt for us to confirm payment.

A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to secure the booking. Clients will have 14 days from the date the quote is provided to make the payment. If payment is not received during this period, the booking will be released.

Once the advance payment is received and cleared, only then will the order be deemed as confirmed.

Your 50% advance payment is non-refundable. Balance payments made with-in 48 hours of your event will not be refunded.

Balance payment is due 7 days prior to event date. All invoices must be paid in full prior to event date.

If ordering within 14 days prior to an event the total invoice amount must be paid in full.

Yes. We require a security deposit to cover any breakages or damages. This is calculated at our discretion according to what has been hired. Once hired goods are returned to us and inspected, your deposit will be transferred back to you within 7 working days. Please nominate a bank account for the refund at the time of making the booking. All security deposit refunds will be made via bank transfer only.

Transport and handling charges are additional and will be calculated separately based on event location, quantity of items hired and venue access.

Yes, we deliver and set up all hired items as per your requirements. Please provide your set up specifications, delivery time and pick up time ahead of the event.
